These Terms of Service govern your access to and use of Scriblerr, a web-based SaaS product for SEO research, content planning, article generation, scheduling, and publishing workflows. By creating an account or using Scriblerr, you agree to these terms.
Accounts
You must provide accurate account information and keep your login credentials secure. You are responsible for activity that happens under your account, including activity by invited team members or connected integrations.
Acceptable Use
You may use Scriblerr only for lawful business and content operations. You may not use the service to create unlawful, misleading, infringing, harmful, abusive, or spam-oriented content, interfere with the platform, reverse engineer the service, bypass usage limits, or access systems without authorization.
Your Content and Project Data
You retain ownership of the projects, keywords, prompts, briefs, drafts, brand data, publishing settings, and other content you submit to Scriblerr. You grant Scriblerr permission to process that information only as needed to provide, secure, support, and improve the service.
Generated Content
Scriblerr may generate topic ideas, content plans, research summaries, article drafts, metadata, images, and publishing payloads using automated systems and third-party providers. Generated content may contain errors, omissions, or outdated information. You are responsible for reviewing, editing, approving, and publishing final content.
Integrations
If you connect services such as WordPress, Webflow, keyword data tools, analytics providers, or other third-party systems, you authorize Scriblerr to access those services as required for the features you enable. You are responsible for maintaining permissions, credentials, and compliance with each third-party service's terms.
Plans, Billing, and Usage Limits
Some features may require a paid plan or usage credits. Plans may include limits for articles, AI credits, keyword tools, related keyword searches, projects, team seats, or publishing features. Backend usage records are the source of truth for quota enforcement. We may change pricing or plan limits with reasonable notice.
Subscriptions and Cancellation
Unless stated otherwise, subscriptions renew automatically until canceled. You may cancel future renewals through your account settings or by contacting support. Cancellation does not remove your responsibility for charges already incurred.
Availability and Changes
We work to keep Scriblerr reliable, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted access. We may update, modify, suspend, or discontinue features as the product evolves, including beta features and integrations.
Intellectual Property
Scriblerr, including its software, design, branding, workflows, and platform content, is owned by Scriblerr or its licensors. You may not copy, resell, or create derivative products from the service except as expressly allowed by these terms.
Disclaimers
Scriblerr is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. We do not guarantee SEO rankings, traffic, revenue, publication approval, or search engine performance. You remain responsible for legal, editorial, factual, and brand compliance of published content.
Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Scriblerr will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, lost data, loss of goodwill, or business interruption arising from use of the service.
Termination
We may suspend or terminate access if you violate these terms, create risk for the service or other users, fail to pay applicable fees, or use the platform in an abusive or unlawful way.
Changes to These Terms
We may update these terms from time to time. If changes are material, we will provide reasonable notice through the product, website, or email. Continued use of Scriblerr after changes become effective means you accept the updated terms.
