Refund Policy

This Refund Policy explains how cancellations, renewals, refunds, and usage-based charges are handled for Scriblerr SaaS subscriptions and paid features.

Subscription Renewals

Paid subscriptions renew automatically unless canceled before the next billing date. You can cancel future renewals from your account settings where available or by contacting support at support@scriblerr.com.

Cancellation

Canceling a subscription stops future renewals but does not automatically refund charges already paid. After cancellation, you may retain access until the end of the current billing period unless the plan or offer states otherwise.

Refund Requests

Refund requests are reviewed case by case. To request a refund, contact support within 7 days of the charge and include your account email, plan, charge date, and reason for the request. If a verified technical issue prevents access to paid functionality and we cannot resolve it in a reasonable time, we may provide a refund or account credit.

Non-Refundable Usage

Consumed AI credits, generated articles, keyword searches, completed workflows, published content, custom setup work, and other usage-based actions are generally non-refundable once processed, unless required by applicable law.

Trials, Discounts, and Promotions

Free trials, beta access, discounts, coupons, and promotional credits may have separate terms. Promotional credits have no cash value and may expire.

Plan Downgrades

If you downgrade a plan, the new limits normally apply at the next billing cycle. We do not provide prorated refunds for downgrades unless required by law or explicitly stated in a written offer.

Failed Payments

If a payment fails, access to paid features may be limited, paused, or downgraded until payment is completed. We may retry payment according to our payment provider's rules.

Chargebacks

If you dispute a charge with your payment provider, we may suspend paid access while the dispute is reviewed. Please contact support first so we can help investigate and resolve billing issues quickly.

Legal Rights

Nothing in this policy limits any refund rights you may have under applicable consumer protection laws.
